It is a setting in 'Players and Facegens'.
Check the box next to 'Show Player Personality Ratings on Profile Page'

Note to @DonMattingly:
I'm the GM of the 1991 Yankees in my Universe and I am finding myself in the position where I'm going to have to put Mattingly "On The Block". I have to definitely trade him since I can still get a few young guys for him via Shop Around. The idea is seriously making my stomach stick. There's no way the real Don Mattingly will ever find out and put me on a list of people he hates, is there?

I thought I responded, but I guess not:

I ended up getting both with the top guy sticking at MLB level and the other guy to AAA.

Finished the season with 108 wins and the best record. Went 1-3 to be eliminated in the first round in predictable fashion.

The top guy was Aaron Judge who's now arbitration eligible. Bottom guy was Luis Perea who was a fictional Cuban import in 2017.
