Good looking prospect, but 100% not real. He'd be in the 2022 OHL priority draft with a 2006 birth year. 2021 if he was granted exceptional status. I understand this game has certain players that have been targeted, Ty Nelson, Connor Bedard, and Matvei Michkov for example who are in minor hockey systems. The 2020 OHL priority selection is missing it's entire draft class nearly, let alone the 2021 and 2022 drafts.
Should say Im not basing it entirely off of that information, but top players for those drafts change year by year. Some of the top ranked propects from OHF Bantam move drastically 6 months later once they get into their Minor Midget (u16) season. Dominic Divincentiis for example, was not the top goalie in the league, this past season, yet managed to find his way onto the "Toronto Midget" team with Ty Nelson and the rest of the roster that is entirely fake. Yeah we never said they were real.
The real prospects for those drafts in the game are Bedard, Heidt, Yager from WHL pool . Cam MacDonald from N.S. in the Q . Noah Cochran from Barrie an OHL prospect and a few others. they have that stud young russian kid from 2022 draft Miro I think first name hes insane. Brad Lambert is in the game too. There is a few more guys im forgetting in the game too. The FHM6 guys do an amazing job. |

I found that recently with the OHL Draft log. I was looking through it and there were a bunch of guys listed as FA's including three of the 1st round picks, even a guy who had been picked 5th overall. I just went into commissioner mode and force traded them back to their original teams for nothing. I did that for the first 3 rounds. As for why WHL guys end up in OHL and vice versa, I'm not sure but it has to be some sort of bug. Hopefully the developers can fix this in the future. This is a great game and I'm having a ton of fun with it but things like this shouldn't be happening. Last edited by blink; 07-06-2020 at 01:34 AM. |

Yeah I've noticed a fair few prospects up and coming, Matvei Michkov, mentioned before is the Russian kid. He's a late 04 birth so he's in with Connor Bedard in the 2023 NHL Draft. Unless you mean Ivan Miroshnichenko, in which I must reply with, wait till you hear about Matvei Michkov. lol I did find a lot of US born 04 kids who were eligible for the 2020 OHL Draft, but outside of Nelson and DD, no Ontario born kids for it. All the kids just drafted in april are entirely absent, from ontario anyway. Rutger McGroarty is in, and Seamus Casey. The bothersome part is Noah Cochran might be a good 05, but he doesn't beat out the 04s. The 2022 NHL draft that includes the Sept-Dec 03 and the January-September 04's is setting up to be one of the best drafts since the 85s got drafted in 03. Yet only a handful are in. Update on Ralph White, Gerard Buckley and Aleksey Omelichev. White is the best player I've ever seen come through the OHL.
Ralph White...he does look injury prone. He even dislikes the London Knights, that's too funny. |

And I'm going to add one more. Mr. Steve Kardashian, recently named MVP of the Olympics at age 19. Look at his international stats, just absurd.

That would be awesome. They should also look into putting tournament MVP, Best Forward, Best Defenceman and Best Goalie awards on the player screens. You get emails about this stuff but it never goes onto a players accomplishments.

Not a bad career so far a couple All Star appearances in his 20 and 21 year old seasons. He looks to not be progressing a ton since he was 16 so i guess he reached his peaks early. Still a top tier talent making 8.5m per year for 6 years.

I just started an NHL fictional league and took over the expansion Seattle Sockeyes. Drafted this guy in the initial league draft at #14. I have high hopes for Frank Reed.

In 25 years of sims of CHL drafts this is the best CHL import draft player ive ever seen.
I don't think I've ever seen a guy over 2.5 current stars in the import and this guy is a 5 star current 5 star potential (CHL star ratings) |

This dude is one of the top Ontario born Dman prospects I've ever seen in this 14 year dynasty. Probably the top one at this stage. Very cool name too. I was thinking about manually putting him on a team a year early and saying he got exceptional status.
