Tampa Bay Rays are open. (Preseason predicted to be a top 5 team in the league. Lots of Major League talent, with a great farm system as well).
Boston Red Sox are open. (In full rebuild mode, but has a strong system, #6 pick & still have Devers).

Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Nationals are open.
Two teams in very different spots. Nationals are currently playing .655 baseball, while the Brewers will likely be in the fight for the #1 overall pick (although they have a ton of young talent).
We'll be starting the draft fairly soon, and are in the point of the season where trades should begin happening soon.

Washington Nationals are open.
Nationals are just outside of the playoffs currently, so a new GM will have a chance to get them in.
Looking ahead to the offseason, the have a lot of money available & may have the reigning NL Cy Young winner in Stephen Strasburg
