Playing Same Game On Multiple Computers

I am totally new to OOTP 21 and have not started a game yet. I am trying to figure out what might be possible. I know it has been a few months since someone entered in this thread- but this was question I had.
Right now I have OOTP loaded on my iMac and my wife's PC laptop. It appears that it is challenging to play same game on both computers.
I have been considering getting a MacBook Pro.
So I was wondering has anyone tried to use the Screen Sharing function to use play on the laptop to control the game on the iMac?

Yes, i tried, it does not work the way you think. Essentially it is like you sharing the same computer. You both cannot do your own things ie, check you lineup and opp check their line up.
perhaps there is another setting, but i have not found it or read anywhere where it is done.
