These are packs that I believe are missing, not individual cards. From another thread that I opened on Monday.

"Two of my PT accounts, Boomcoach and WildAlan, encountered errors when opening packs yesterday (Sunday).

Boomcoach account was opening a challenge pack, there was a long pause on the open pack screen, then an error appeared and kicked me back to the account's home screen.

WildAlan has the opening animations appear, then the application closed completely.

I do not believe I received the cards from these packs. I am part of the Our League FTP league, so all of my live cards are deactivated. When opening a pack, the first thing I do is go to Manage Cards, filter for Live cards and deactivate the new cards. There were no new cards showing in either instance."

Something a little strange has happened in the AH, as my Mizzou Marathoners bid 17579 on Rico Petrocelli and should have had the high bid, as it sold for 15001. I thought something was wrong immediately as it'd been highly unlikely that I just happened to bid 1 point above the high bid.

Unfortunately I received neither the card or my PPs back, hopefully someone can help me out here!!

I'm missing one of my cards that I bid on last night. I bid 99 for MLB 2020 Live, 1B Rowdy Tellez, TOR on 4/18, 10:29pm est, and it said I won the auction, but never gave me the card, and didn't give me a refund. I have restarted multiple times since last night, and the card is nowhere to be found.
I was having a lot of connection issues last night, and I'm guessing something went wrong.

My PT user is maverickrls

How can I get some help for get a refund or the card?

I found the transaction and the card ended up selling for 101. I refunded the 99 PP you had bid.

I came in the 3rd & 4th place position of last night's Super Tuesday Bronze with the 100 Sammy Sosa for the winner. 3rd & 4th reward was a SE Ted Lyons. I'm assuming this the 94 version from the collections. Unless it's a different version or I'm blind I don't see this in my reserves or inactive list. Thank you.

I just bought a gold pack (account: tlasko) and the application quit suddenly. I logged back in and my 3000 PP was missing and I'm pretty sure I do not have any cards from that pack... The transaction history shows the -3000 for the pack and I don't have any new cards. It's also set to autosell anything below bronze and there are no autosell logs in my transaction history

If there is a glitch when opening a pack, generally speaking the auto-quicksell logic won't kick in and all cards from the pack will end up in your inactive list usually. I would double-check to see if you can find any gold cards you don't remember having there. If not, then post again or send a private message and we can try to look up your pack contents.

I verified that you placed 4th in the tournament however the 4th place reward is a SPECIAL EDITION, 3B Adrian Beltre, Texas Rangers, 2017. The Lyons rewards was the 3rd place finish. It looks like there was some sort of bug with the rewards where they arent matching the GUI. I will bring it up to the team. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I did check for the Beltra card and it does indeed show up on your inactive roster according to the database. If you can double check that the card is there it would be great. Sorry about the confusion.

Thank you. I figured that's where he came from as he wasn't listed on any of my collection rewards.

Out of curiosity, I've assumed that 3/4 had the same reward and 5/6/7/8 had the same reward. If they are different how is it determined who gets 3rd or 4th when both lost in the same round? Is there a tie breaker? Or was this just a 1 off because the rewards listed were supposed to be tournament cards and a few collection cards got listed?

Made a separate thread about this as well (sorry, unsure which is the correct place, first set of posts on these forums).

I bid 76,459 for a 100 Ryne Sandberg earlier tonight but my bid was refunded at the last second because I was outbid. However the bidhistory and watchlist show that the card was won with a bid of 71,111 which is more than 5,000 lower than the bid I had in already.

I sold several cards at the last minute in order to get the capital for the bid I made, so I'm a little upset.

Can anyone shed light on this situation?

Edit: account name is the same as the username, UOKazem.

Since this seems to be the thread for this sort of thing, I bought a regular pack at 9:04 p.m. (Pacific time) today, then had the game crash to desktop as I started to open it. I restarted - no pack, no PP, no cards.

Not exactly missing a card, but three cards (Luke Weaver, Josh Rojas, Stefan Crichton) I recently purchased in Auction towards the Live Arizona Mission (for Randy Johnson) haven't shown up as purchased. Shows that I've purchased them and they are all on the roster, just doesn't look like they are counting towards the mission.

Team is Betzner Blackbirds, username TommyJohnsCurve.

I may be missing something pretty obvious :-)

Never mind, I was reading the screen wrong. They were sold after auction for base.
