This is off topic, but I have a question. Have you played around with modifiers and such, to create a difference in quality between the top and bottom divisions, for instance? I am trying to set up and English Pro/Rel league, but the bottom division always has very low batting stats in the beginning...

The 2 main leagues are pro rel...I’m just trying not to get overloaded like I tend to. I like to know the whole league but I love building a whole world also, tough and contradictory impulses. Eventually 2nd tiger will be pro re

Yes a lot, what do you mean, that no hitters will sign there or original players are bad when created?
