I was curious because I was in a league with this name before with Regan as the commissioner. One day Regan ghosted all the leagues he was running simultaneously and left his GMs high and dry without a word of notice. I would not want to go down that path again to have hard work wiped out on a whim.

With all due respect, You were not even in the league when it was shut down. If I remember right, you were kicked out of the league. I'm sorry you're hurt by that, but to come on here and insinuate that Regan is a shady character, when he was on his deathbed shows more of the behavior that got you kicked out of the league.
