Question here... I probably missed the answer somewhere.

Does assigning a player an individual tactical role make any difference? Or do I still need to use the Tactical Tendencies to actually enforce the role.

E.g. I can assign someone as a Sniper, but I still need to adjust their Shooting tendency to get them to act as a sniper.
