Why would one ever argue a call? - Page 2

I recently saw a scenario similar to this...

pseudo pbp:

here comes the payoff pitch..

it's way outside..

the pitcher doesn't like it at all..

he yells something bad to the umpire..

AND HE IS GONE..

My point is the pitcher was ejected for arguing a call the play by play announcer said was "way outside." LOL

yeah that is pretty funny
the play by play will need some time to catch up with that feature of ejetions i think

Does anyone have any evidence of a change in the games AI to that effect. An argument could swing things for or against you later in the game?

well, it was only 1 game, but the AI got tossed in the 8th for arguing a play at the plate (3rd arguement of the day between the two of us), and the "backup AI" did some poor bullpen management and I ended up winning in the 11th. Who knows. Probably a coincidence, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
