Winamp. The crossfader is sweet and the software doesn't blow my machine up like Media Player tends to do.

WMP mostly due to the fact I only have 96MB of RAM - more than WMP I'll use a non-PC connected CD player though. On my work rig with 512MB RAM I got frequent hangs from WinAMP and a simple Oracle query.

Other. I did use Winamp but dumped it in favor of the new Quintessential Player. It does everything Winamp does and more (maybe even better). Apparently the word is spreading and many others are switching too...
