OHL - Wayne Gretzky 99 Award - Playoffs Most Valuable Player

This award works in both FHM 4 and FHM 5.

OHL - Executive Of The Year (Awarded From 1989-90 Until The 2012-13 Season)

The "Executive Of The Year" was awarded from 1989-90 until the 2012-13 season.
I reported the still active award as a bug, but Jeff answered that the award has to stay active because all playable leagues have to have a GM award so that the human player can win it.
This award exists in both FHM 4 and FHM 5 but right now is not supported and displayed on details page of a general manager.

Only NA... The plan is to do the QMJHL (thread "QMJHL Awards"), OHL, WHL (thread "WHL Awards"), ECHL, AHL and NHL
