Yeah I might. Challenge with rookie ball is you have little track record to work with to know whether his splits are pronounced, so I like to get them ABs from both sides of the plate. Once the season starts I’m sure injuries will help me out. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

with his range even worse than Barry Bonds who is horrible and sits at 59 in OOTP I would make the guy a DH if you can. However you didn't post his offensive abilities so I take it that he isn't that great of a offensive player either. If that's the case I would simply leave him in minors or attempt to trade the guy.

I would play him at RF. I figure he could get a rating of 43 there. He'd be a more valuable player in that position too, compared to 1B, since there should be fewer good hitters that can play RF compared to the abundance of good hitters that can only play 1B. And his 1B rating would be about as bad as you could find, since Error followed by Range are the 2 most important factors for 1B, while Arm counts for almost nothing. |

3rd Base Starter Absolutely. A left handed 3rd baseman come on how can you pass that up. Its like seeing bgifoot riding a unicorn getting chased my a mariachi band.

Just for giggles, with that arm, try him as a pitcher for a season or two in rookie/low A.

Interestingly, after five games in RF where he hit .263, my staff got decimated by injuries, and the big league GM didn’t send reinforcements. So I threw him out there in a mop up role and he pitched five innings of 1-run ball.
![]() He’s getting a turn in the rotation next, because I’m down to two starting pitchers. On a 35-man roster. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
