Well, here's my .psd file, so anyone who wants to do them at the same time can. The way I figure it, if you use handmade pictures for the first 2 rounds of the draft and hand-name them, you could change their uniforms any time they changed teams. At that point, I'd probably not put the logos behind the people, because the background would be hard to change. Changing teams by just laying new logos over is easy.

Here, let me put down some pictures.

So let's say this guy named John_Smith is drafted #1 overall. You get John's picture in FaceGen and then slap it into the empty Photoshop .psd file:

Now you put it in so it looks like this:

But what if he gets traded to the Expos? Change the logo layer!

What if you want to have league banners at the top for mlb.com or just for your league?

Pretty cool.

amitchell, it'd be best if there were no real logos on the jerseys, but I guess whatever you've done is acceptable.

Some people won't want to see "Expos" jerseys on their fic players. But I think the fake logos (WITHOUT NAMES) are ok because it looks like any team.

Again, thanks for the massive effort. It will REALLY help.

One of you guys that have got some talent with this should put together a tutorial for others. Possibly your steps through FaceGen and maybe the steps you use in PS or PSP. Steve could then drop it into the FAQ forum and we can all play around

Also, send in JPG or BMP, because I can convert to BMP later.

Although we need 1000-1500 more, the future is bright. amitchell whipped his up pretty quickly, I am doing quite a bit more, actually as many as needed if I have to, and there are a few people who have voiced interest/have already done some and just haven't sent them in yet.

Does anyone have a good stadium background, or spring training setting background?

I've been using something like this.. just search images on google, type in "stadium", "baseball field", "spring training", etc, and something good will come up for you.

Guys don’t forget how small the pictures are in-game. Making the backgrounds a solid color helps a lot distinguishing the different teams. Here’s an in-engine sample from my game:
