If you downloaded and installed the updated skins from addons central, you should have in ootp.
OOTP 16\data\addons\downloads\skins\ootp 16 dark
In the dark folder, these subfolders:
Colours
Constants
Images (this is where those new icons go)
style_sets



This structure should be the same in ootp\skins\ootp 16 dark folder.
Don't add images here!!
Delete or preferably rename the skin.bin file and restart.


I never do a default install...so your location of the downloaded skin files may be in your documents.

do you have winrar? or another program of such (extractor) if so, in ootp add on central, theres a button at the bottom of the screen that says 'open downloads folder', click that and you should see the zipped files, it should be about three or four depending on what you have downloaded.. next open the dark folder with winrar, it will say skins, and in that folder theres the sub folders your looking for.. next just extract them to the specific folder.
