My problem is, I want the rosters clear. After my mlb, or level 1, teams have their players, I want a massive pool of players that the remaining teams draft from. I did finally figure out a workaround though. I went back into the league setup and started over, removing the inaugural draft from every league. I then used free agent drafts for all levels. For the levels that had multiple leagues, I created a league for each level and moved all of the team's into that one league. After the free agent draft, I moved the team's to the leagues they were supposed to be in and deleted the "draft league". One thing to be aware of though, a free agent draft does make amateur draft players available so you have to set your initial amateur draft to have way more players than needed otherwise you may not have enough eligible.
