Unless I'm missing it, the in-game date is not displayed anywhere when playing out a game. At least not in the Broadcast View.

This info was removed because the view selection was added to that area and in the default resolution could have caused text overrun. I can add it back for bigger resolutions in a next patch. Please post in the bug report thread.

I haven't talked to one person yet that likes it but let us know what you think. I'll keep an open mind and see how it plays out this season. They've implemented it in the Minor Leagues too.

I agree we don't need it in OOTP.

Has any announcement been made on when a demo will be released? I do my yearly plug for OOTP elsewhere, and I like to re-plug when there's a demo folks can try, as some people understandably don't want to spend the $40 without knowing what they're getting into.

No, there won't be a demo soon. Simply tell your folks that the game is worth every penny and then some
