Wow. i regret not pre-ordering. Is it March 23rd yet? Finally OOTP on the GM side for me is complete. Love the MGR overhaul. My EBL league is gonna be so fun again. I vote for Markus for TIME's Man of the Year.

While I plan to keep playing as both GM and Manager, I LOVE the expanded role of the owner.

OOTP17: Owner mode!

Decide over all financials, give GM's your own orders, look to other cities and relocate your franchise if needed. Maybe have a "season ticket drive" in potential cities to gauge interest.

i.e. can I fill out a few spots, then leave the rest to the AGM without worrying he'll fire the guys I just hired?

This feature looks so much cooler than I ever thought it would be. For me, this is the biggest enhancement to the game in a number of years. The immersion looks fantastic!

Looks great/ The only odd thing I noticed is that there were absolutely 0 projected gate sales for 2022. It said attendance is projected to drop 40%, yet the only attendance projected was the season ticket holders. Seems weird, but maybe no one will walk in off the streets for a game.

If the minor league team doesn't do well, he might fire them, but he won't fire them immediately after you hire a guy.

These new additions look fantastic. Making the people more real is a such a good direction to go. Trying to keep my coaches in check while pleasing the owner and all that goes with it is very exciting. I would love to see this happen with the players next.This has me very excited for the new game.
