Question On Star Ratings - Anyone Else Seeing This? - Page 2

I play with scouting off and this happens, pretty obviously a bug.

Thanks, I figured. I reported it on the bug thread but haven't read anyone else with this problem.

Sorry for the delayed response, work got in the way of OOTP, which sucks

I notice the problem arising right after the work series is complete and you move past salaray arbitration.

It then seems to change back when spring training starts the following year.

My settings are full scouting on, I do not base ratins on all leagues. Having hard time posting a screen shot here.

Again, it happens to all players on all team, anyone that is half a star goes to one and a half stars. I dont think this is random talent changes.

The "fix" that was proposed early on in this thread did correct it when I tried last night.
