On the Game menu goto Preferences then select the Facegen tab and change Facegen Zoom and Profile picture zoom to Out (more jersey).

I use the profile pictures from

\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 14\saved_games\Test Game.lg\news\html\images\profile_pictures

rather than using a screen capture.

took me a while to find something usable. I needed something 'different' for the home outfit. worse part is I can see that guys behind the counter, i guess for some non prospect this might be there future job. i should have used a Mcdonalds restaurant menu as my logo

How about a rule change?

Rather than having to do a complete set of Home/Away Jersey; Home/Away cap; 1 logo, allow partial submissions (e.g. just 1 jersey or 1 logo). You may get more participation that way.

Idea for rule change...

Instead of 2 polls, one for home & one for away. What about just 1 poll? Everyone would do aways then I guess. What to do you guys think. How should the polls works? Or should nutt and padreman be the judges. If so we need a tie-breaker person.
