Trades on hard....too hard?

I don't think Heavily favor prospect just overwrite overall ratings like that just because you offered up a bunch of random minor leaguers. I have seen fair deals between the AI and its been hard for me to trade for stars without giving up my future (Very Hard trade settings)

I think AI GM/Manager strategies (Heavily favor vets- Prospect slider) are still taken into consideration when making roster moves despite what settings you emphasis, maybe more or less depending what you have it favored to.

I would bet I would have to give an arm and a leg (with my settings) to acquire Harper.

Like when Cabrera was traded to the Tigers at 24.

See if you can get the AI to agree. I would do it myself, but my Phillies simply don't have the farm system to do it.

Lol, that is who I am using as of now. The home town Phils

Haha, look at my trade proposal on the front page, do you know the names? I also use the Phillies. I've been trying for days to lure Mark Trumbo from the Angels(very hard/favor prospects) and after being rebuffed like 10 times I finally hit on a combination that they accepted but I haven't pulled the trigger as of yet. The deal is Trumbo for J. Pettibone, P. Aumont, and Kevin Frandsen. Keep in mind we're nearing the end of July and the Angels are double digit games back and in rebuild mode, I'm locked in a three way war with Washington and Atlanta but slowly starting to fade, I need that right handed power bat in right or else we'll most likely be the odd team out. Obviously you know the situation, this is it, win or bust. At season's end I'm going into full rebuild mode and one more title beforehand would be sweet!
