oh, nevermind, I found where it says the version number. Right on the main page of the program starting at the bottom

Is it crashing at a particular time or when you're trying to do something specific?

Just when I try to load beyond a day or week just when loading to next day or game

Along similar lines, I have Karl Alzner asking for an $8,000,000 a year extension.

On a positive note, I had Bogosian asking for around 7/year and was able to negotiate with him to around 6.3M, a very respectable salary for a top pairing guy. Really enjoyed this feature.

It seems to me like contract demands are being made based on potential and not on actual accomplishments. It should probably be a balance between the two but it doesn't seem weighted quite correctly.
