5 wins in that 6 game home stand. We beat teams we should be beating. Now we need to take care of the Yankees.

Spleen1015 is a personal friend of mine. It was sent to him. He's an O's fan. I follow the Yanks (in the AL). He knows what I meant.

Well, you can't say you didn't have your chances in this one. This is the Kuroda that we thought we were getting! His gutsy play at the plate on Markakis was a bonus. Heads up and got down in there, good. I like him a lot better after tonight.

Jake Arrieta had surgery and came back a much better pitcher. I don't mean he learned how to pitch. I mean he has nastier stuff. The guy is legit.

What a great game today.

This is not meant to be a knock on the Orioles, but that win/loss ratio doesn't mean much until August and September. I sure feels good and I like seeing it while seeing Boston and NY do worse. But the season is young.

Ah, will you let the guy have some fun? "They been down so very damned long, it seems like up to them."

Besides, they really do look good so far this year, our early season sweep of them notwithstanding.

The Orioles are playing the hand they were dealt. These wins early will help with the losses that are bound to come later. We know its a marathon and not a Sprint. But you, or anyone else can't take away from the fact we are playing very good, very early.

Why not take your ass to another thread and take the jealously with you? You come here to rain on the parade of the Orioles early success. Not gonna let it happen in this thread slick.
