All in one mod isn't there

I downloaded the mods, but they aren't showing up in my game. I thought I had to simply restart the game. Do I actually have to start a new season?

Yes, you have to start a new game to let the mod take effect!

If its the all in one mod part one then it was designed to be used with a new game but u can use it with existing game. But u have to do some work. U will have to install the part 2. And all so close out the game and goto that league folder and then HTML them images then team logos folder and delete all logos then step out of that folder and delete the images in the league logo folder. U my also then goto the league folder and delete the jerseys inside the jerseys folder and caps inside the ballcaps folder. Then u can start the game up again and resume the league and that should force the game to use the new installed all in one logos and jerseys and caps and ur face gens will still get pulled from the global fg Folder

I am on the phone with the web hosting company. They have really botched this and managed to pull the site down again.

It looks like they have dropped the ball on a number of fronts and that we have to reconfigure the hosting or potentially move the site to a new hosting company entirely.

The hardware usage and costs for serving up the mods is probably a lot higher than anticipated and will require a different hosting type than the reseller package that I had already been using.

I think we're going to need a dedicated server and a different plan that will be considerably more expensive to avoid any issues. But that isn't in the budget based on donations

So I will work with the hosting company to figure out the ultimate requirements and costs, and then it's going to be time to revisit the mods site idea and do some serious fund raising.

By the way, ootpmods.com is back up and running. I will make sure it stays live as we work through this mess. Thanks for everyone's patience and understanding.

I keep getting an error when I try to download the All In One Mod from Add On Central

It downloads and then I get this error -

"ADDONS_DIALOG:download_file - could not download file"

It allowed me to download part 2. Not sure how to install though.

Any help would be appreciated.

when u dl a mod from add-on central u will see a install button where the download button was

if u had a dl issue then its probably a connection issue so try again a few times but if u still cant dl it there then u could dl it fro the brower by clicking the option on the top right in addon central after u click on a mod or you can add my server which is in this thread a few post up i believe and then try to dl the same mod (i have the same mods as ootpmods.com) but just besure to once u click on a mod to look in the top right to see what server its coming from . but like i said if u try to dl the mod from add-on central just try to dl it a few times before taking any other course like i have suggested

I tried to download from both servers and got same issue. Wouldn't let me manually download either. I made sure firewall wasn't blocking it.

Let me try to download off of wireless and see what happens.

All In One Mod 2012 (2) downloaded fine and said instal.

How do I install once downloaded?

Still no luck. The weird thing is, I can download other mods with no problems.

When I click on download from browser, it does nothing.

when u dl the mods from addon central the button will then say install so to install just click install . if u want to know where it instals to then click on open target folder

yes this !!! its happened to me with some other files too, bad thing is you dont get that message till the very end of the download !!
I did get the aio mod off of soa site tho.
sure wish someone could figure out what the issue is tho, coz it doesnt happen with all the files through add on central
