I don't find either of those things sad.

He does? I thought he just played OOTP. What's his username?

I don't wanna feel the wrath of Curt Schilling if I piss him off.

Yeah, it's pretty arrogant to think that just because you're watching a game or posting about it or whatever, that the outcome is changed.

I don't think there is anybody that actually think talking about it, puts a jinx on it...at least not for real. I look at it as more of a joke.

Pitchers typically don't care about people who aren't in the dugout talking about it. They care more about people talking to them while they have something special going.

Not that I ever flirted with a no-hitter at any level, but I was the opposite. I hated when people gave me the silent treatment between innings if I had a good game going. It made me more tense than if guys were acting normal.

On the internet, no. In the dugout is an entirely different story.

Humber is perfect through 8 for the White Sox vs Mariners.

Is that the first of the 21 perfect games to be finished on a dropped third strike?

Another exciting game......

I was watching the Yankees-Red Sox and the score was 9-1. The network switched to the perfect game and I thought no problem the other game was getting boring. Come back from the perfect game and the score is now 9-8. This has been an exciting day for baseball.....
