Just tested this. It's fixed

awesome. it was really annoying when looking to induct players into the hall of fame and not realizing it reverted back to all levels.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

To my surprise, this is fixed. I just changed the scope to a particular league and then viewed the player card and after returning, found the scope didn't get reset back to "all levels". I then changed to career stats and did it again and upon returning, the view was still the same as what I had changed it to.

I hadn't tested that one and didn't hear about it being fixed. Maybe changing to the new interface is what caused many of these things to be fixed. You just gave me some ideas on other former glitches to test for. Thanks!

While we're on the subject of the interface, has the infamous "disappearing button" bug been squashed finally?

I haven't seen it in OOTP 13. So, I hope so

Thank you Cody, one last thing.. can you show me a screenshot of the dimensions too? I know most of the dimensions, but not the wall heights.

Seating capacity is 37,000 I believe with a retractable roof?

One more thing, are "sticked" screens in for v13?

If I go to my pitchers screen and view pitchers only, and say my custom pitching stats, when I go back to that screen at a later time, is it still sorted like that?

Or go to waivers and list "all players" when I go back to that screen later on, it should still be on "all players" not hitters.

I thought it was working, but just checked and it remembers the custom view, but not the scope.

Edit: The waivers screen doesn't seem to stick. It goes back to all players every time.

Well before, it would default so say, "all pitchers" then I would change it to "all players", come back later and it's on "all pitchers" again. I'd take it defaulting to "all players".

Thank you.

On the topic of the interface and views, have any of the other minor annoyances changed?

Playing in a DH league, when you go to the lineups tab it defaults you to the non-DH lineup.
Views not switching properly when you go into the rotation/lineup pages.
A minor league scope selected when viewing the major league rotation/lineup.

Reading these type of threads really makes me wish it was Friday already. I know I'm not the only one. But man, being impatient sucks.

It always makes me chuckle this time of year (new version release time, that is). You see folks come out of hibernation in droves, like some sort of weird mating ritual around here, posting like crazy. Wait until next week!

Then slowly, slowly, most of them disappear again as the weeks and patches pass by. Finally it will become relatively quiet again, fertile ground once more for windbags like me.

Not anymore! OOTP for life, and you better believe it!
