Klick on the link "Markus Heinsohn" in his post, then several options appear, among others "send PM", and there you go

I received my download link via PM and it worked ... will install it tomorrow local time, though

I'm curious, who did you call? I see no phone number on the order page.

Assuming I'm wrong why don't you call back? Surely the operator that took your payment information gave you some sort of order number or confirmation verbally.

I remember when v9 came out I was having lunch at some airport bar and Andreas got me a link in time for me to download it before boarding. You tend to remember these things.

I called the phone order number, dont remember exactly what day, but they told me it went through, never got a conformation or anything, and i called back before the release and they couldnt understand what i was talking about
