Definitely. I'll make sure financials work out and sim a decade or two to let the teams and player pool reach equilibrium, then launch it. I'll also type up the detailed promotion/relegation rules.

I'll transfer my Endor league over to 12 and start working on my IDOCBL for 12,, and depending on how the cities are on 12 i might make my Illinois Baseball league also.

Oh and transfer my historical league over since theres some great new features for historical leagues.

I will set up a fictional league using the NFL as a template two leagues AL NL representing NFC and AFC and start with a fantasy draft playing in a city yet to be decided. Maybe Chicago? 32 teams and 8 make the playoffs.

MLB rosters, take the NY Mets, edit the finances to drop the budget, blow up the roster and rebuild. I'll set the roster at the beginning of each game then sim one day at a time.

Unless Marcus still surprises us with an updated expansion draft, then I take the Indianapolis Generals in the AL Central.

Me too. I can't wait to take over the 2011 Royals.

I'll also bring over my long-running historical league which is in the 2009 season (I started in the Royals first year, 1969).

Hm, that's going to get confusing when I have two totally separate leagues in almost the same league year.

Been debating this, I only play real MLB. Main choice was the A's...I can't believe they should be bad with that demon pitching staff and am determined to prove it! Have considered the Reds, Rockies or Rays also.

I have lived in the Cincinnati area for most of my 50 years and for some reason I love to see the Reds lose. I think it has to do with Franchester Brennamans cocky attitude every year about how GREAT the Reds are and will win it all. This year will be 85-90 wins max. This pitching staff stinks and Dustys time has passed.

I am going to do a World League with 32 countries plus a 16 team fictional leagues with real players(never done that before).

Pitching staff stinks? When was the last time a starter gave up more than 3 runs over 7 innings. The starting pitching has been lights out over the couple of weeks. Plus Homer bailey will be coming back. Not to mention Francisco Cordero is having a career year. Now if we can only get Chapman going.

2011 Phillies

I cannot wait to start OOTP12 with the 2011 Philadelphia Phillies. Can't wait to see which one of the big four wins the Cy Young. I will, of course, try to trade Joe Blanton and Raul Ibanez right away to clear some cap space to resign Cole Hamels to a long-term deal. I can't wait to play a whole season doing things MY WAY.

I want to try out the real-life daily lineups for an old season. I've never played OOTP in real-life single-season mode and I'm curious how close the individual stats will be.

I've never been impressed with Homer and at CoCo's age I would be surprised if he can keep up this pace. This team has used 19 pitchers already this season. The starters don't pitch more the 6 2\3 innings more then 70% of the time. This staff is on the verge of collapse. I would make a bet on it.

I'm thinking a 12-team solo fictional league, maybe just one level of minors... 80s NL stats...

I already have logos, so... what else is there?

Going to start with the 2011 Tigers, of course.

Agenda:

1. Fire Leyland.
2. Trade Inge for a prospect (if I can't find anyone, release him and eat the contract.)
3. Trade Raburn for a minor leaguer (or outright him to the minors).
4. Demote Coke back to the bullpen, where he belongs, as they have plenty of power minor league arms available.

Sit back and hope they manage to win the pennant, then I'll worry about the W.S.

At the same time, going to set-up a mixed USA/European league to play next:

The USA sub-league will have 16 teams in 4 divisions, the European sub-league the same, with no interleague games. Then they can meet for a World Series.

If the game allowed more than two sub-leagues in one league, I'd set up additional sub-leagues in Asia and South America, then have all four sub-league champions to meet in a TRUE World Series. Sort of like the World Baseball Classic, but played on a planetary scale.

I plan to redo my O, Canada League, which never really got that far off the ground.
