Phoenix is taken, down to 6. Don't be shy folks, you don't want to miss out on this league!!!!

By the way, we are FAR ahead of schedule. It looks like we may be able to start game play by the second week of January (thats less than 2 weeks away!!!!)

An ignorant question by me.. (I've only had the game a day)
If you wouldn't mind, would you consider changing a teams name or location? I don't know if this is possible or not. If not I will still take a team for sure.. just wanting to have a team from Mississippi

You will be given the option to move a franchise after three full seasons of active ownership.

If you're still interested in a franchise, email with the information in the beginning of this thread.

Thanks!

Only three teams left:

California Crusaders
Washington Bobwhites
Calgary Marauders

Shaping up to be a good one. Look for the League File and Website to be out in the next couple days.

Only the Washington Bobwhites remain and the first 24 owners of the MMBA go down in history!

I guess, I'll take them. Your league seems to have support. Will send information soon.

Ok folks, the MBBA ownership pool has been filled.

Don't let that stop you from sending me your interest, though. I've been through several league openings now and it always seems a few will drop by the wayside early on. So I'd like to have a waiting list ready to roll when some inevitably do leave.

Waiting to hear back from Andreas to launch the website.

Very interesting gimmick. Will this league continue to bring in MLB defectors until it eventually eliminates the competition and all MLB players become part of the MBBA empire?

Well, they are only bringing in 10 at the most (I believe), so it would take about 40-50 simmed seasons to have "real" MLB Players. By that time, everyone will be retired, and the league will be full of rookies. Also, the players they are bringing in aren't all-stars, they are simply average, role players. I own the Honolulu franchise, and I definetly wouldn't want a team of all ex-MLBers

With only bringing in 4-6 players per year, you will hardly notice the MLBers in the league..............at least that's my experience in the ABA with this rule.

I'm not sure which makes me want to lose my dinner most:
a) the terrible photoshop job
b) the unoriginality
c) the message itself!
