Don't mean to piggyback, but I've run into the same issue as well and was searching when I found this thread.

Uploaded my files as Editor 6.zip. I'm using the demo version of the game.

Can someone tell me if this is just an issue with the demo version of the game or with the full version? I'm considering purchasing the full version, but my instance of the demo version has this same issue where I can't get past 8/1/2008. Don't want to spend the money if this issue still exists in the full version.

This hasn't been marked as fixed by the developers. They've been working on some general performance upgrades, however, so I don't know if this might have already been covered.

This issue was claimed fixed for the next patch (post 9.1.6). If you continue to have trouble after installing it, please post in Tech Support with a link to this thread. Thanks.
