Make no mistake ... OOTPs scheduler sucks the big rock. If you have a league setup that is not covered by any of the real schedules included with the game and have to rely on a custom schedule, OOTP will give you one where everyone plays on the same day. Starter 1 will always face Starter 1, Starter 3 will always face Starter 3, everyone will have the same day off, there will never be any half-game differences in the standings ... the failings go on and on.
This isn't a problem if you do have a setup that's covered by one of the real schedules included with the game, and there are a lot of them ...
but, if you don't, you are
much better off making your own from scratch and importing it.
