I did exactly as you staed to do. However, it may have jsut timed out (for lack of words). After almost 20 minutes it finished up...and, I use a cable modem...so, I wouldn't think it would take that long...but who knows.
Anyways, that's all a mute point LOL
I will attempt again....see what happens.

Thanks guys....I will admit I was/am a major pain and probably made both your blood pressure rise.
But, I am very thankful you all are willing to help. I just hope you can fix it....which I'm sure it'll be something easy odds are LOL. Never fails!

This was claimed fixed in the first patch. If you continue to have trouble with this issue, please contact a moderator to reopen this thread.

Scott reports the problem hasn't been fixed. Moving back to logged issues.

Thanks you gentlemen. I apprecaite.

Now, after I goofed off for a while with the patch. I realized if I save and reboot the game everytime I create a new legaue in a single universe. I can create an endless number of leagues.
Very cumbersome, but does work all the same.

I hope that bit of information helps.
