I can't stand Kornheiser, and don't like him on PTI. But, for some reason, I was kinda hoping he would take to the MNF broadcasting thing. I guess just because I want to be able to watch a game on that network.
But, even though I was pulling for him, I just don't think it's gonna work. He was pretty bad last night. He doesn't say much, and when he does chime in, it is with something forgettable. It's early, so there is much room for him to grow into it, but I am not confident. |

I think Kornheiser did very well last night (didn't see the first weeks). I did seem to notice Theisman basically wrote anything Kornheiser said off as, "you didn't play the game".
I know he didn't actually say it, but it sure felt like that was what he was saying. As for Tirico, I've always been a fan.

I thought Kornheiser did well last night too. I actually kind of laughed at a couple of the things he said and I never laugh at anything I see on TV ever. With the exception of Dave Chapelle playing the part of a blind, black grand wizard of the KKK. When he said, "of course it's not sold out, it feels like Indonesia it's so hot." I actually went Hmph.

Matter of taste. I happen to like his style of humor.

Mike Patrick and Paul MaGwire probley are doing the Radio Coverage for Monday Night Football and they also should be calling the other game of the Doubleheader on Opening Nite not Brad Nessler and company.
