This is currently a high priority, we'll definitely work to address this in the next patch!

Please change both pathes to "full" pathes. I.e. when you log in to your server using your FTP client, and the path from there to the league is for example /httdocs/league, then you need to use that part as "Reports Directory". The "Team Exports Directory" needs that complete path now, too, like for example /httdocs/league/exports or /httdocs/exports or whatever matches your folder structure.

Please let me know if that helped or not. Thanks!

The suggestion to use full path still does not work for me. I get the following in the dialog box after pressing Test connection:

'Connecting to FTP server'
'Connected! Opening folder...'
'OOTP could not open your FTP directory'

Extremely frustrating. Using Windows XP with NO virus scan, spyware scan, or firewall on this bootup.

Can you post a screen shot with the userid and pssword blanked out, so we can see what you have in the other fields?

Andreas,
Could this be the root of the problem with importing lineups now? I don't have all this info in there and I can import one of my leagues but the other gives me the date/time error. Both leagues in the same universe. There's a logged thread on this issue.

The path name is case sensitive and has to begin with a slash. It may not be followed by spaces. If the path for example is /httpdocs/league, then there should be a folder httpdocs in the "root" of your FTP space, ie.e what you see after logging in with an FTP client.
But if the FTP client shows a message like "Opening directory /Users/Smith" when you're logging in, then you have to include that path, too (i.e. /Users/Smith/httpdocs/league).
If that doesn't help then please send me your FTP account info to andreas.raht@sigames.com if possible.

Yes, probably. The team exports folder has to be a complete folder now in the FTP settings.

Actually it has been in the change list ("- FTP directories are now complete paths to either the reports or exports directory") but you're right, it was hard to find and not easy to understand. Sorry.

ok, i'm confused.
here's what I did and info on my FTP directory.

rmruggles/Millennium/news and /exports
my web site is www.rmruggles.com so rmruggles is the main directory.
in the game, based on what I read above i put in this info
ftp.rmruggles.com
port 21
/Millennium/news
/Millennium/exports
ma_navy_wife@rmruggles.com
********

Did I do this right? or when you are saying complete path should I include rmruggles?

Andreas,

I've tried everything I can think of with robster, and I can't get it to go through. FTP client seems to work fine. I've asked Robster to e-mail his information to you...

Thanks...

Steve

@robster1225: I've just sent you a PM with the correct settings that you should use. When testing your FTP connection (thanks for the account data and for your help!!) I've found a bug that occured on servers like yours which send FTP confirmations spread over multiple lines. That should be fixed now, at least on your server it works great now
