I don't think they're planning a release for the Central time zone. Tough luck.

<--- Has waited a long time to pre-order.

Can preordering today still qualify for early download?

This post reminded me of the years when friends of mine would drive to Glen Head to get the SOM cards the day they were printed.

Does it count as a pre-order if I ordered it today? Cause, ya know, the game isn't out yet...

Michigan.*

*Actually there are bits of Indiana that would work, but who can keep that nutty state straight?

Nearly all of Indiana is Eastern Time Zone. Evansville and Gary are Central. The change was due to the state legislature finally accepting daylight savings time and moving the state to the eastern time zone, but allowing ceratain counties to petition and remain in the central time zone.

Nice to see Indiana joining the rest of the country. Now if only Arizona would get on top of things.

Question...I did not pre-order I'm just wondering when/if a demo is going to be released. I plan on buying the game within the next two weeks but won't have the necessary funds until mid June in all likelihood

My guess (and I'm sure I'll be corrected within seconds) is that the download will play in demo mode until you "unlock" it?

At least other SI products have done this I think. I don't read enough though, so don't rely on my info.

A date so chosen because most SI staffers will be by and large useless from 6/9/2006 through 7/9/2006?
