One last tweak. Could you perhaps make the name slightly smaller (like the minuteman one) so the bottom circle is visable?

That looks a lot better! For some reason though, the letters don't seem to be popping out quite as well as the minuteman logo. Is the same font being used? I realize the border on the minuteman logo is black instead of the blue for the letters on the skylines. Would it be possible to take a quick look at the font (and/or possibly change the circle area to black-if needed) to make the logo pop out just a bit more (like the minuteman version). I think it just needs a black tracing around the letters, which I think the minuteman version has.

I'm sorry for not catching this sooner, I thought the bottom of the circle was the problem. I really appreciate the revisions, you have generated this one from scratch

No problem - the text is the same style and size as the Minuteman, but I think you're right in that the text needed to be better defined:
