I really don't like Paul McGuire, Mike Patrick is terrible when he does football, but Theismann has his moments where he is alright and might be okay on MNF with Michaels next year.

As for Tice, he needs to go, how he's lasted this long as Vikings coach I don't know, he's terrible. He constantly makes bad decisions and always looks like he has no clue what he is doing. Plus he scalped tickets like an idiot, even though he has made plenty of money as a coach and player, why sell tickets for more money you don't really need? Tice belongs on the sideline, as a coach, a coordinator or something, but not as a head coach, he doesn't have what it takes to run a team and keep his players under control (coughloveboatscandalcoughcough).

Back to Tice - before firing him the question needs to be asked who out there is availble and significantly better for a coach? If there is a good choice at least we have an owner now who will pay the freight for a top notch coach.

Happy New year all
You want a better coach? I'm available. A lot of the posters on this board would be available. I'm pretty sure you can find a ******ed monkey who is at least as good as Tice.
