Great work guys. Another outstanding contribution to the community. It's much appreciated.

Hey Deft, once the last FaceGen project was underway Filthy just dropped off the planet. Ever hear from him after that? Just curious.

print screen from the demo my friend. print screen.

the full version isn't really applicable for 2D images. I think the saving and exporting is more for people who are going to use the face in a 3D rendering program.

Fictional Atlanta Rebel Player Head.

I suppose I could do a Fictional Player/Real Team combo too. Hadn't thought about that. That could look pretty cool. Just swap the facegen guy with the real player face. Hmmmm. I'll work on that later tonight.

Thanks Brad. But I do not make all of the players on the team. Do you think I should at least do the active roster? 25 players on the active roster=25 layers available for photoshop.

Here is an old discussion that gives the basics. The demo is fully functional with the exception of the ability to save. Version 3.1 lets you take a front facing photo (and profile optional) to create your own FaceGen Face

I have alot of bobble's heads, beards, moustaches, etc., but they are all in their own files and I can't figure out how to put all the layers of each file together into one file so I could turn on the ones I want to use to make faces in PSP or PhotoShop.

Any tips?

What template are you using? Deft's template is easy to create a good set of uniforms.

Bobble's bag-o-heads is compatible with Deft's template.

I think the first step is to make a uniform. Then choose a head. Drag the head to the uniform template. If you want to add a moustache/beard, same thing, just drag it to the uniform template.

to drag them, you have to have all those files open in PSP at the same time? I can't 'drag' or 'copy' those layers to another file.

Well, I use Photoshop. And layers can be transferred easily. I'm not sure about PSP. Maybe someone can help.

I got it to work in PhotoShop.

How about this idea: Put all the templates together in one huge template where I can just turn on the ones I want to get the player?

No more sliding...............

Well, I'm not so sure. It may take a while to load with all that layers, but who knows, I haven't tried it.

Cooley,

That is how I have mine set up. I keep all the heads and each uniform layer in one file. It makes it easy to make changes for trades, signings, etc.

Here is an example-

Is it slow to load or something? If not, then that's an easy way to update.

OK, got my template set up for Kansas City of the 1906 Professional Circuit. All I have to do is change the heads, and toggle the home/away shirts to get what I want.

Tell me what you think, guys..............

Looks great Cooley, but the face is somewhat overlapping the collar. Other than that, it looks fantastic.
