You are right, he imported very well for some reason. I import with the remaining career checked, so I am not really sure why he is so good. Maybe he saved some good games for this series. We'll see how he does against RJ and Schilling in Round #2

Twins win! Twins win! And Rod Carew was a hero, way to go. Any idea how Bostock did?

And how cruel was it that the 86 Sox had a 9 games to 7 lead and got pushed to a game 19. And then took a 3-0 lead in the first inning, only to lose? And how about Luis Gonzalez averaging an RBI per game while hitting .220; was that a typo? If the not, the guys batting ahead of him were the real heroes.

With the 72 Tigers gone, both of my Billy Ball teams are gone Oh well.

That next series for the Twins will be close to home (temporally speaking) against the 76 Yankees. Facing Ron Guidry won't be easy.

That was Willie's last season. He was pretty much washed up by then. Still nice to see the surprise '73 Mets advance.
