This is the page where I got the color codes to use for the Arizona Wranglers items seen above, EC. I noted the colors for both the Wranglers and the Outlaws from Arizona, and even used coolors.co to try to condense the number of colors down at least a little bit, in truth, just so you know, by blending certain colors together to get other colors.

For instance, I combined the two relevant red colors as I ultimately desired to do that earlier so that I'd get another shade of red, which I then used to a degree on certain items. I did the same with certain other colors to get at least one other color, as well, which I used on certain items, in turn. And so on and so forth here, of course. By doing so, outside of black and white, I've probably been able to reduce the colors mainly used, in at least one case, down to four, with two of them being shades of blue, it seems. Seeing as Arizona's Wranglers used so many colors on their items in actual reality while they were in the USFL, then, EC, it probably isn't too out of place with my items seen above, although they're still not exactly as others might do them, with how I used them on the relevant items, for sure. I'll probably revisit this team again, once I finish creating the items I'm going to do related to them for possible use anytime in the near future by anyone, at some later time.

I'll likely include certain USFL team names in various stories, if I haven't already, for multiple sports, and/or in certain dynasties of mine related to OOTPD games, whether baseball or hockey ones, at least. I don't currently have the ability, unfortunately, to simulate or play out games or seasons in terms of basketball or football, at least, though. Or at least I can't do such things as of yet, to be sure, in any case.

If I can find and collect enough suitable logos for any number of historical teams that may have previously existed or do currently exist, at least, I might then be able to make caps and/or uniforms to go with them, whether I find them on these forums or elsewhere in cyberspace. At least when it comes to a certain number of required items for baseball versions of certain teams, supposing they've not already been made somehow by anyone else, at least, of course, I think. Or created with the help of various AI art generators, for instance. CD out.

CD, no one responds to your threads because you make them too complicated and too hard to understand... you don't make yourself clear about what you want to do.

If you want to have each city have teams in MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL, just use the nicknames that they already have... they don't have to be related to each other.

I get the feeling that you only dream about having a league... you have grandiose plans and ideas, but you never complete them.

Why not do a simple league with 8 major league teams... each team would have two farm teams... all you would need is 24 teams... that would make it fairly easy to administer... use teams that you already have good logos and jerseys you like.

For example, the St. Louis Cardinals would be the major league team... its farm clubs would be Columbus Redbirds and the Rochester Red Wings.

Try to pick teams that already exist so you would already have the logos and jerseys... if you make the Pittsburgh Pirates the major league team, then pick cities with nicknames like Buccaneers or Sea Dogs.

Detroit would be the Tigers, the farm teams Lions and Panthers.

Chicago Cubs could have Bruins and Bears for affilates.

Keep your ideas simpler and you might get more response... that's the best advice I can give you.

Here are the colors of the Arizona Wranglers in 1983 and 1984.

Go back and use these colors and your jerseys will look better.

In 1983 the colors were basically Blue and Gold with a touch of Red for accents.

In 1984 the colors were basically Red And Brown with a touch of Orange for accents.

When you intemixed all of the colors they used in the two seasons, your jersey colors were mismatched and did not look good in combination.
Choose either Red and Gold with Orange accents or Blue and Gold with Red accents, but don't mix all of the colors together... they don't look good that way.
The Arizona Wranglers didn't mix all of the colors... they chose one set or the other.

Thank you for your advice and all, as always, EC. Will probably try to do more work for the Wranglers periodically, throughout 2024, I think, if and whenever possible and all, although not yet sure how much more work will be needed for them later on, for sure.

As far as the other topic mentioned in the other thread, I'm not sure how much it might tie in with either dynasty reports for baseball or hockey, or other projects, just yet, but I'm still reasonably certain that it very well might, at some later time. Whether they're existing ones for me now or not, that is, I'm still reasonably certain that it might be the case for me later on here, somehow.

Yes, I often do have a lot of ideas going through my head at various times, but that's not always a bad thing, you know. Many good stories or images, for instance, have come from people who think about a lot of things every so often in their lives, for sure, no matter what they may be thinking about at certain times in them. Although if I could better learn to be more focused at certain times in my life, with anything that I do in it, it certainly would be quite beneficial in this world. Not just for me, for instance, but for many others as well, whether I ever actually meet anyone who may be helped by me being more focused in my life in any possible way in terms of certain things or people for this world of ours, in any case, for sure.

I will certainly continue to keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers as much and as best as I can, as well, and as always, EC. I'll work more on the Arizona Wranglers later, I'm sure, for instance. I just need to be inspired and all, before I do, jbird669. And there is nothing wrong with me periodically asking someone to answer a recent PM I may have sent them at times, if it's not done too often, either, I think.

That said, if you have any suggestions on how I might be better able to improve my work here in this thread and elsewhere, with the talents and the resources I have available to me now, I'd gladly be willing to listen to and consider them for possible use later on, or any team-related requests you may have for me, in terms of teams you might want me to try and do for you. I often have a lot of free time to myself, especially late at night or early in the morning, with me typically being a night owl of sorts in my life. So if you have any ideas and/or any imagery in mind for certain things, I might perhaps be able to help you out at least a little bit here, with what skills and/or resources I might have available to me now in my life, I think. Unfortunately, jbird669, I can't seem to do original logos easily enough, if at all. I might be able to recolor logos at times, at least, but as far as me being able to make them, the fact is that I can't do so easily enough, if at all, somehow. I can certainly do uniforms and caps, at times, when sufficiently inspired and all. But anytime I've tried making logos for certain teams and/or certain leagues, at least, I can't seem to be able to make any decently-usable ones, no matter what I might periodically try to use or do to make them. Just so you know. Hence me asking for help in that regard from others on these forums, at least every so often, in truth. CD out.

As for me, I'll probably be spending it trying to create in some form or another, with or without help from others and/or AI art generator sites, for instance. Unfortunately, I haven't really been able to get a lot of useful logo-type designs for potential use, if any, for uniforms and the like. Can't even generally get realistic pictures of hypothetical baseball players fully outfitted as needed, especially when text is all done poorly and all, for instance.

I do wonder, though, seeing as at least one or two people on these boards are now quite clearly using certain AI applications or websites at times, at least in part, for FaceGens, and seeing as I'm unable to make them myself, at present, for whatever possible reasons, if someone might be able to make some reasonably good-quality FaceGen images based on some AI art related to various Civilization video game leaders that I've had generated on at least one AI art generator site. For instance, I have pictures for Abraham Lincoln, Alexander the Great, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, and Julius Caesar at present, with them imagined as potential high school students in the 1990's, to name just a few people imagined as such. If it's not prohibited for such images to be posted here in this thread, I suppose they could be posted here, and maybe someone might be able to make suitable enough FaceGens for them at some later time, for possible use of many people here.

In any case, I suppose it's back to work for me on something, whether related to OOTPD games or not, for at least a little while here. Thanks for your time and all here, jbird669. CD out.

Currently up to the 1872 All-Star Break in my newest OOTP 22 dynasty, Where Legends Are Born, with two overall leagues of sixteen teams each, each such league having two subleagues apiece. So far, it seems fairly interesting, but there's not yet enough history accumulated for a potential dynasty report, I think.

The leagues so far present in that dynasty are Major League Baseball and the American Federal Baseball Union, somewhat common for me to use in certain dynasties of mine at times, for sure.

Major League Baseball has the following teams for it:

National League:

Boston Braves
Brooklyn Dodgers
Chicago Cubs
Cincinnati Cheetahs (Will need full sets appropriate for roughly the 1871 to 1900 timeframe, at least)
New York Giants
Philadelphia Phillies
Pittsburgh Pirates

Boston Gunners (Will need full sets appropriate for roughly the 1871 to 1900 timeframe, at least)

As far as historical league champions so far in the relevant baseball dynasty, the New York Yankees beat the New York Giants in the 1871 World Series and the Tampa Bay Rogues beat the Seattle Pilots in the 1871 Federal-Continental Showdown, with both championship series going to the maximum seven games. However, we are not likely to see rematches in either championship series for either overall league in 1872, or repeat league champions, with the aforementioned teams all probably not sufficiently close to the top of their respective subleagues as of the current All-Star Break in both relevant overall leagues.

The Rogues are currently sitting essentially tied for sixth in the Federal League at 21 games back of the Butchers, percentage points behind the Brewers. The Pilots are tied for second with the Diamondbacks ten and a half games behind the Rangers in the Continental League. The Giants are eight games back of the Dodgers in third place, with the Braves a game back of the Dodgers, in the National League. And the Yankees are tied for sixth place with the Mobsters thirteen and a half games back of the Tigers, at the moment, in the American League.

The Dodgers and Braves have been quite good for much of the 1872 regular season, with the Giants not too far behind, in my view, but if I were to pick the winner of the NL at the end of the season, I'd have to go with Brooklyn at this particular point in time. For the AL, I'd have to pick either the Tigers, the Indians, or the Browns as potential pennant winners, with the Tigers being most likely of the three, after having given a strong challenge to the Yankees in 1871. I'd have to say that Brooklyn would most likely prevail over the Tigers, if that were to be the actual World Series matchup for 1872, as far as I can tell about the relevant teams in MLB right now.

The Federal is likely going to be won by the Butchers who have a seven-game lead on the Marlins at the break, while the Continental looks to end up going to the Rangers. If they'd both end up in the lead for their subleagues at the end of the season, I perhaps would have to likely favor the Butchers over the Rangers right now, with about two months of the season left to play here still, more or less.

Here are the current standings in both overall leagues, for your mutual viewing. Feel quite free to make your predictions of who might just prove to be the pennant and championship winners at the end of the season for each league and their relevant subleagues. All players and coaches in this dynasty are completely fictional at this point, and if you might perhaps want to know at least a little more about certain teams listed here in the standings, please feel free to ask for more information, as you like and can, folks. Otherwise I would be wasting my time... I have no intention of making you logos for some future league that you will never play.
