Well I thought it would be tough, because Belenenses only title was in '46, but it wasn't. No more questions from me then.
The odd thing is that all five teams come from either Lisbon or Porto. |

it was tough it took me a while to "remember" the answer...I highly doubt anyone outside of Portugal would know that; certainly no purebred American.

Update on the ever increasing saga which is Mr Chimbonda at Wigan, last night he played for Wigan against Rosenborg and played on the right wing (he's usually a right back) he set up the first in a 2-1 away win and by all accounts had a great game.
Maybe we should hold out for £7 million now instead of £6 million seeing he's not only a top right back but now we can cal him a top right winger

At Wigan he had Chimbonda, Roberts and Camara on his books and all at the end of last season were reported to have said they wanted to move and were unsettled, wierd though at the start of last season only Wigan Athletic would take a chance on these 3 players. Camara has since stated though that he want's to stay at Wigan as he is tired of keep switching clubs, Roberts as been sold to Blackburn and who knows what will happen with Chimbonda but my thinking is he will stay as he belived all the hype that Man Utd, Juventus, Milan, Spurs and so on were interested in him but apart from Spurs there's been no real interest in him after the way he and his agent have handled the situation. Rumour as it that Latics will not deal with any players in the future who have McKay as their agent, personally think it's about time a team stands up against agents like Mckay. |

Todays game is.
Stoke City 0 v 0 Birmingham City. Stoke City are one of the giants of yesteryear with the great Stanley Mathews being a one time player but those years have long gone, Stoke at the moment are in 13th place with 3 points from 2 games. Birmingham City are a sleeping giant who got relegated last season from the premiership, one of their claims to fame is selling Trevor Francis to Notts Forest for £1 million in 1979 for him to become the first £1 million player in England they lie in 4th place with 6 points from 2 games. It was a bad loss to FC Manchester. I just checked out their website and they won the non-league club of the year award. Foolish, those breakaway fans. Maybe I am getting it wrong, but didnt their struggle to keep Glazer out force him to keep raising his offers which only made the teams debts worse? It seems to me that Man U no longer has the financial resources to bring in the players they used to get. And it will take years for FC Man to reach the Premiership, if at all. It was a lose/lose. This is the second strangest football player I've ever seen. Is he man? Is he animal? Is he something else??
