Yes

I think Milan and Juventus are both out

Maybe one or two more, I can't remember since that decision has been changed so many times

The only reason I asked is because I was looking at that UEFA coefficient link Paul provided and noticed a handful of the Italian teams were ranked pretty high on there. So it reminded me of the scandal.

They were penalised by the FIGC - Juventus were relegated and therefore lost their UCL place, whilst Fiorentina also lost their place when they were deducted 30 points.
AC Milan's 30 point deduction meant they had to play in the qualifiers, rather than getting automatic entry to the group stage (as they finished in the top 2 in Serie A last season before the deduction was applied).
