IN preparation for the Rule 5 Draft, Steve Ray and Ed Vande Berg have been placed on waivers and Ken King and Arturo Vazquez have been added to the 40-man.

We don't expect Vande Berg to move, due to his injury status, but Ray is a risk.

We drafted 2B Ted Yong from the Giants organization.

Yong has been in the Blue Jays org before but has never been in the Majors. He is a long shot to stick, but we are willing to give him a try.

Joe Torre, Dick Allen, and Don Sutton are all above 60% but the first two have also had seven chances.
