Silver
OL S390. The most evenly distributed 17 teams possible.

It might be 2 division leaders plus 2 wild card teams, but what happens in the second round in that case? Alternatively, there could be 2 division leaders and 4 wild card teams but that would be an awful lot of wild card teams (and over half the league in the playoffs)

Nice pickup of Roger Connor by the way . Gonna be a while before I splurge on anyone new for Paxville. If you pulled him, just let me keep believing that you had to buy him .

Aw, C'mon!
How the hell do Boston and Terra Incognita get relegated to separate leagues when they are in a group of five teams that were all sent down from silver, teams which have been linked for multiple seasons. Iron Maiden I understand, because I think they have been abandoned and probably are not updating their friends list. The Red Sox and Rustlers should have remained tied to their friends lists. I know the Rustlers still have all the other bronze teams still friended. This just stinks on ice. There is no reason this should have happened other than crappy programming of the friends list feature.

I know it is only Monday however, start making room for Keystone being back in Silver seven days from now. Like normal, everyone was firing on all cylinders in Silver and the wheels fall off the wagon on day #1 in Gold! As of right now the Kops are 1-9 at home! Ugg! It is going to be a long week, so here comes the "autopilot switch"! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() BTW, revmcgator I really like your new standings icons! Super great idea! |

Diamond League
Tough to call how this one is gonna unfold.
I'm pretty fed up about the shortened league though. Gotta shoot now, but I'll check to see if Gold still needs doing a bit later. |

Sonora High at Head of the Class in OL G323
The Broncs are kicking up their heels in the early going, but the race looks like a tight one.

As expected, tight at the top early.

It's a great battle both in OL and PT. However, demoting 9 teams from this shortened league is a bad joke waiting to happen.

Sonora Still Riding High, but...
The Broncs are still showing the way in OL G323. However, Silly and Seattle each made solid runs and now loom large in what is quickly becoming a three team race.

Ostego uses a 9-2 month to surge to the lead.

Cary out front and a good battle going on with Paxville, who've improved since I went to a more meta build (zzzzzz
). Brooklyn and Knockemstiff have their own private battle going on!It's such an even league that a few tactical tweaks and a bit of RNG is separating the better teams, and the slightly worse teams have no wiggle room. Brooklyn, Knockemstiff and Nowhere appear to be totally screwed already. |

Mad Brewers Rise in OL G323
Silly streaked to seven straight successes, soaring to the summit of the standings. It gave them a five game lead as Seattle and Sonora High could not keep pace.

The standings don't surprise me very often, but it took awhile to post this morning because I had to triple-check that what I was seeing was correct. After a stellar May, Ostego stumbled in June, allowing Gear Terrace, South Holland, and Sunday to rise to the top. (I have no explanation for the sudden success of the Warriors and El Caminos)

Brooklyn and Knockemstiff continue to play amongst themselves, Paxville are 6-6 against each of Cary and Nowhere, and Cary are 10-2(!!) against Nowhere. Despite playing .500 in OL and PT, a look at Paxville's individual player batting stats is enough to make your eyes bleed.
I'm baffled that there aren't ANY games between either Brooklyn OR Knockemstiff and the others. Still, it's in keeping with how weird PT has become in the last few weeks... |

Silly Sustains Success in OL G323
The Mad Brewers went 2-and-1 in a fairly quiet month. The only big move was Seattle tumbling into fifth as Sonora High, Port Ruppert, and Annandale filled the gap.

Perry Pitches Port Ruppert to 2,000+ Prize
They weren't hitting the dry side of the ball as Gaylord Perry no-hitted the second place Bulldogs.
