Such a waste of everything, this sprint. Of energy, of fuel, of thousands and thousands of hours of preciously finite human lifetime. Garbage. Do away with this crap.
No major changes for the title fight. Lando leads Ossie by 22, and Dutch Max by 25. Lando wins the title tomorrow, if: - he wins outright OR - he finishes between 2nd and 7th while beating Ossie by at least two spots AND Dutch Max by at least one spot OR - he finishes 8th AND Ossie does not score AND Dutch Max finishes no better than 9th In real terms, there's probably only George Russell who can even have a paw near the fight for the race win other than those three.

Qatar blows. So does Abu Dhabi. The schedule needs to finish with better tracks.

Sports possibly ruined by Oil Money Greenwashing:
F1 WWE Soccerball? Golf? Boxing? I grant you the only one I can specifically vouch for is WWE and they're just a "sport", but there seems to be a loud (pun?) argument being made here, so… |

Liberty Media and you Americans have done more damage to F1 than all the sheikhs combined ever achieved (although now you're nicely going paw-in-paw with it these days, since one group has more money than the deity of your choice, and the other group will readily bend over to fit another roll of hundos up their stupid ********).
Note that Bernie Ecclestone brought F1 to Bahrain over 20 years ago and for all intents and purposes that track (after some work) is now considered one of the better ones in F1. It's these Qatar and Saudi Arabia **** fests that really ruin the whole mood about the sport. And of course Abu Dhabi; and that track used to be EVEN WORSE. If Kuwait knocked tomorrow with $500m and a track consisting solely of Highway 80 (not unlike the AVUS, which was only driven once in 1959, and never again, for good reasons), Liberty Media's F1 would add a GP there tomorrow first thing in the ******* morning.

McLAREN: Ah, it's too early. We bet nobody will pit.
MAX (pits) EVERYBODY ELSE (pits) McLAREN: Oh. Huh. I'm annoyed by the stupidity and I don't even care who wins. |

It's like watching the Mets, but in seventh gear.

So, Kimi gifting Lando 4th place means Lando only needs to finish 3rd to take the title?

Tom Stallard: "Checkered flag, very strong pace, mate."
Ossie: "Speechless. I don't have any words." Me neither. Stupid team. How can you set the car up so that even with DRS open, Lando gains NOTHING on Kimi on the straight?? And so he finishes behind A ******* WILLIAMS. Lando's not gonna win the championship. If HE's not bottling it away in Abu Dhabi, his breathtakingly ******ed team with **** to the brain will do it for him. Disgusting. DISGUSTING.

It's going to be hilarious if they're running 3-4 in Abu Dhabi and they have to ask Oscar to move over. For Lando's sake I hope he outqualifies/outraces Piastri at least.

It's so over.
I wish a big black bottomless hole would open in the ground and suck me in. It's so over. It's so over. It's so over.

If I were a betting man I'd still have my money on Lando.

This could be one of the most epic collapses of all time. McLaren about to screw both of their drivers out of a championship.

Fun Fact: If Dutch Max hadn't deliberately crashed into George Russell in Barcelona, the gap would be 3 points.
Fun Fact II: ...and if McDimwit hadn't kindly asked Ossie to surrender the position to Lando after the gave Lando a ***** pit stop in Monza, or if he had not obliged the request, they'd be tied. I will be absolutely miserable until next Sunday. And for the rest of my ******* life.
