The Seahawks lost I think it was 19 EPA on special teams, the most in the century… and still won the game.

He has had multiple personal fouls this year. He's a dirty player. He's not getting away from that, going forward. |

3-game suspension for Azeez al-Shaair.
Even worse, what were those uniforms the Broncos wore last night? They looked like Patriots unis, and not the "Pat the Patriot" classics, but Belicheater-era Pats unis. Ewwwwww. |

![]() It seems to work or they wouldn't do it. I'd wager almost all of those that participate are fans and enjoy the experience. They talk football and the team while moving snow, and of course tell their story at the local bar about how they helped out the team. It really is a win/win for the team and the fans.

I didn't like Demarco Ryan's comments after the Jags game. I don't get this "need" to defend obviously wrong conduct by your guy/team/party/race/whatever by blaming the victims. You're responsible for your own actions.

Which of these explains it? 1. That's the max Goodell thinks he can punish without drawing the ire of the players union. 2. Al-Shaair's very strong and controversial off-field positions and pronouncements make him ripe to play the victim card if a longer suspension were given, and the NFL does not want to touch that hot-button issue. 3. Goodell is a clown. While #3 may be true, I don't think that explains it. It doesn't make sense to me that Goodell would spearhead all of the recent and semi-recent rule changes for the good of player safety - but that have changed the game significantly - and then essentially overlook an actual deliberate & dangerous offense committed by a repeat dirty player. |

He's constantly looking to hurt someone. He punched someone in the face on the sideline several weeks ago. He hit Tony Pollard late out of bounds when they played. How late? Pollard was on the green part of the out of bounds. He refused to leave the field after being ejected, and got into another fight. He should have been suspended a lot longer. I think he got 3 weeks. Back in 1986 Charles Martin got 2 weeks for the hit on McMahon. Not much has changed.

I have no problem with the suspension, the guy is a repeat offender and enough is enough... but I also do agree that QBs are taking advantage of this rule by "sliding late" and "tiptoeing along the sideline"... I don't want to see anyone get hurt but until this is fixed it shouldn't surprise no one that a QB gets lit up every so often.

But their is one QB (PM) that is getting away from "purpose" of the rule by running to the sideline and then tiptoeing down unless hit , then wanting the penalty ......

So, between the Traitors and the Giants, who's on the clock right now? They don't play head-to-head…is conference record still the 2nd tie-break?

I think if they are in different conferences they use SOS. The one w/the easiest gets 1st pick.
