vistaman44,

Thanks for the rating on Richard "Honey Boy" Jones. By any chance do you have a rating for Quintin Romero Rojas HW 1921-31 from Chile?

... but I don't. Several pics, but no fighter file. Odd ...

Maybe Cap, Chris, Mike, Keenyan or LeeSkye? I'm pretty sure I've seen his name pop up in someone's universe ...

I tried "exporting selected file" for Rojas but I got 0 tbdx files exported to Exchange I know I've done this before as I have a separate folder on my PC with a few tbdx files in it. Sorry.

... happens when you forget to click the box on the left of the fighter's name in the list before doing the export to exchange folder. I used to do that often when I first got TBCB2. Worth a try, anyway ... Thanks, Cap.

Ohhhhh!

I was trying to do it from the individual fighter screen. Mea culpa.

Here's my humble version of senor Rojas. He's about 25-5 in my uni. Feel free to adjust away.

Thumbs up Thanks, Cap, Chris and Tea!

Here is some reciprocation with Babe Marino, Willie Roache and Jimmy Sanders (no pic) from my 1940s universe. Roache is an updated version of a previous rating I did after I found a pic and noticed Boxrec had updated his file.

vistaman44,

When ever I run Scheduler Harry Greb vs Tommy Loughran, Loughran wins over 90% of the bouts. I wonder if you have the same problem? The bouts that Loughran fails to win, usually are draws. If you or anyone else would like to comment, it would be appricated. Also, could you post their ratings, so I might check them against mine.

Thanks,

Austin

P.S. Thanks for all the pictures and ratings, it improves the quality of the game.

... that matchup before. Will try tonight and let you know. I have had some outcomes I just couldn't make right without really skewing a ranking, though.

You're welcome to the fighters/pics. Glad people are getting use out of them!

More missing fighters ...

... from in and around the 1940s, including Billy Celebron, Gentle Daniel, Jimmy Collins and Young Junior. Celebron, with pic (previously posted by SAL, I think), beat Zivic and Zale. Daniel beat Holman Williams and Yolande Pompey, and drew with Bert Lytell, Pompey and Kid Tunero.

Austin________ Loughran vs Greb 100 times.Greb wins 59 times 6 by ko 17 by tko there were 7 draws.Greb was knocked down 16 times he knocked Loughran down 93 times. Loughran won 34 times 2 by ko 12 by tko punches Greb threw 74 per rd landing 24.9 for .336. Loughran threw 57 per rd landing 26.2 for .46%.I would say that the way it played out to put all 100 fights into one fight Loughran wins early rounds with Greb coming on strong around the 8th round.Looks like Greb would put Loughran down in 14th or 15th round.Greb winning the fight by 2 or 3 pts.in the 100 fights Greb wins 36 by dec Loughran winning 20 by dec. you have a good day, Bill

Just simmed Greb-Loughran 100 times. Greb won 51 Loughran 44 with 5 draws. Greb won 25 decisions and 26 stoppages (11 on cuts). Loughran won 19 decisions and 25 stoppages (22 on cuts!). I used generic cutmen for both. And used random referees. A little history. In 172 total bouts (1981 Ring Record Book) Loughran managed only 18 KOs with 77 wins by decision. Greb, in around 294 bouts, had 47 knockouts. Neither man was a huge puncher and relied on accumulation of damage to stop the guys they did. Under today's rules and restrictions, there would have been more stoppages than in their day.
