Brooklyn's prospects looked bright during early play in OL B271. Ring Road is right on their heels and there will be many games played this season.

Been logging in to 20 to rip packs often, and it's gotten me to log into 21 again every so often for the same purpose. That said, I'm prepared to add another team to OL to make up the numbers in gold (and silver once they get punted from OL gold).

They were a $100 team in 20 (long time PL regular and playoff team, but 0 titles to show for it), but nothing was spent on them this year. They've had some good pulls as well as bought players outright. They've also had a taste of diamond awhile ago, only to be pummeled straight back down.

I will add people onto that team on Sunday once we know where everyone's gonna be.

Hidden Valley went 9-0, while Waffletown rolled to a 12-0 month, as they grabbed the top spots in the crown chase. April's leader, Weston Pointe, took the opposite approach, dropping seven straight.

Port Ruppert got off the sidelines in bold fashion, sweeping Transylvania to claim the lead. The Impalers, the other short schedule team, dug themselves a 1-6 hole. Shangri-La went 8-4 to move into second.

Hidden Valley ripped off a 10-3 month to put a little more daylight between themselves and second place Waffletown, which slipped to 5-4 in June.

The Mundys went 4-2 to maintain their lead in the silver race.

Hidden Valley went 10-6, while Kansas kept pace at 6-3, but Waffletown slipped badly to a 4-9 month, dropping to third. There are no teams in relegation land this month.

The Mundys continued to play the short schedule game with aplomb, taking two of three to stay ahead of Shangri-La which played to a 6-4 record.

Cochise County leads a close race in Iron. It doesn't appear that Chicago will have enough games to qualify for the title.

Brooklyn is dominating in Bronze. There is only a slim chance at this point that they will not capture the crown.

The Bombers sailed through another month at 11-4, and have built a seemingly insurmountable lead. Weston Pointe sizzled at 8-1 to take over second. With Hidden Valley scheduled for 13 more OL games, and the Caspers a staggering 22 left to play, the numbers say it is possible. It just seems highly unlikely.

The Mundys need just one win, with three OL games remaining at Norwood. Their closest rivals, Shangri-La, with 13 remaining, and Terra Incognita, 20 to play, need a Red Menace sweep plus a mighty winning pace to overtake Port Ruppert.

Cochise County is dominating both the OL and non-OL in I248. The Sidewinders have already clinched their division, with a 30-game lead...in August! And while there is a still a mathematical possibility of being overtaken by Iron Maiden, an OL title is firmly with their coils.
