3 games vs Parrots.
The Parrots were my pick each of the last 2 seasons to win the AL West. While they are tied with Cloud City for 1st they are only a .500 club. They have a solid team with good role players but I do not agree with how Pat Parayno uses the talent. W.B. Finich is a solid RP who should be given the chance to close. Stagger Lee is their 2nd or 3rd best SP yet he is the Closer. Dave Davila is having a good year but is weak defensively and should be the DH. Rain or Rosler should hit lead. Regardless they will be a tough team to beat.

While they are still bad they have been playing much better the last month or so. They have issues with their rotation still but have the best pen in the NL.

3 games vs Cougars. We are 2-1 vs them this season.
This is not the same 'ol Cougars we have all come to love or hate. Many of the players are their team i do not know. Names like Gumbs, Hara, Hamilton, Morris & Burrell are not names one would normally know when naming a Cougars roster. They are battling numerous injuries. They have a decent shot at still winning the NL West.

3 games @ Rocky Top.
They are getting some amazing play from rookie 2B Franky Finich and 3B Kathy Johnson. Aside from that , this team isn't going anywhere this season. I do love beating up on Rocky Top when we can. This will be a homecoming for Lando Mewett, since he played here for most of his career and his father is the Owner. Groundbreaking on Courage Park began this week. It is set to open in 2026 and is modeled after Coors Field.
