21-8 in May is a decent record but not what I wanted to achieve. We did play well vs the top teams in the EBL, except for Corvair.T.J. Burke will be back after the To Kieren series. Lou carter will go back down. Shoeless Joe wont be back til the end of July.

Spear is 21 for 36 in throwing out runners. He has never been above 43% before. Shoeless Joe had a great May batting .409, Brett hit 11 HR, & Walker went 5-0. Still a bit concerned about the pen and the many walks that Dumas & Michaels give up.
June's schedule is our easiest so far. Stryper, Colortown & Glenbard are the only quality teams we play.

6-1 so far this month and while we appear to be rolling along hand have closed the gap on Corvair we still have pen issues. I purchased the contract of Steven Ames in hopes that we have someone that can pitch the 7th inning. I should have kept Tom Tregger. While I beleive that both Don Jenkins & Lee Perez have closer potential, right now it is only potential. Both Don Jenkins & Lee Perez were demoted to Dopson County and Duke von Schmann was recalled from AAA. I am still on the lookout for additional bullpen help.
