first of all the file I received upon request from the commish had been edited for all teams. I dont know what set it was, thought it was Roccos because its a trade deadline file, but not sure.

Anyways he sent me his original league file before anyone made any moves or anything, then I made the edits to all teams in the league. But the clutch performance ratings and such were never touched, so if they were raised i dont know if the other league raised some or not. But I do believe there are other people that differ from the rocco file in my league if you had the decency to check any team other than mine in the league.

Well, he left. I don't have anything to think other than he cheated. He left the forums. If his OOTP rep (and I say that while rolling eyes) means anything to him, he'd have come back and given me the information I wanted.

Commishes need to be upstanding guys on this forum, because they're putting forth a product by which others will find enjoyment. If he's not going to be upstanding, and give me stories instead of what I ask, I have nothing to believe except that he's not someone I can trust.

Sorry man aint involving other commish, and I could give a sh** what my ootp rep means, lol and like I said this world is way way different then real life, atleast for me. bTW man , dont need a GED I am scheduled to graduate a semester early. So please back up off me. I really dont care if you think I cheated or not. All that matters is waht my league thinks not you morons. I could really care what you think about me frankly.

And to clarnzzz if you think you are so good and that those are actualluy real pictures, what is my address then. Dont worry man you are a complete idiot, trying to convince the ootp community that those are photo imagry of my neighborhood. Pshhhh. Dumbass.

Graduating a semester early doesn't really mean anything. Hell, I did it. You don't have to be smart. As long as you have all of the credits you need, you are good to go.

But you DO realize that everyone here, and everyone who frequents these forums IS a potential owner. If you conduct yourself this way, and ways that I've seen in your league (ie racial slurs in a "trash talk" thread), nobody will join your league.

Also, I'm not a moron. I asked for direct information, something you just won't provide. Why wouldn't you get the other commish involved? Obviously he did no wrong...why won't you let him clear your name? It seems to me that you DID cheat, and just don't feel like fighting that anymore.

This is different than real life, but then again, it's not. How you conduct yourself here is a reflection on how you conduct yourself anywhere.

lemme dispute your points, there are a lot to dispute.
1. Owners are eventually find out what I am accused of, I dont care if I am looked at badly in these forums, because the people slamming me will never be offered a spot in my league.
2.It was the Arizona owner, not I that made racial slurs, I hate racists.
3.Getting the other commish involved would just further things, when already I dont care about the outcome because all that matters are my owners not you guys.
4.A commish coming in here would stain his rep, look at anyone that supports me, they are looked at as being the same person as I am. This would just stain his rep as commish and he doesnt need that in his league. Thats why I wont get him involved. And really if you think I cheated that really doesnt matter to me, you arent a potential owner, so therefore you dont need be explained to.

2) He's had multiple chances. This isn't the first time something like this has happened.
3) You're right. He could have easily came up with a name like mlb2 if he wanted to.
4) We've TRIED talking to him. We've repeatedly said that if he answers our questions, he can clear his name, and he continues to refuse to.

I told him, through here, that I wouldn't pass judgment until I saw something from this other commish, either way. I'd want to see this other league, and see how it stacks up to what he's done. I don't doubt that he's a bad guy on AIM. I've never spoken to him, so I can't base an opinion any other way, save for what I've seen here.

His absolute refusal to do this (and he says that he doesn't want to bring the commish into this...but if the commish helped him out, why wouldn't he jump at the chance to help clear his name? He did nothing wrong, and this forum wouldn't hold anything against him, I can assure him of that) and his sudden indifference to the entire situation leads me to believe that he's just going to try to do what you said he just did: Brush it aside, and tell potential owners that he's just being accused of things, and that he's the good guy in all of it.

He DID cheat in other leagues. He has yet to show that he's matured. This latest flare-up comes when people say he's matured (although they wouldn't let him commish). I wish he'd live up to that claim and do what would eliminate any problems his way. That is, post the link to the other league, and let people see for themselves that nothing is wrong, that it was just the file he was given.

Where's the problem with that?
